WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? We ship from fulfillment partner warehouses to ensure fast delivery to U.S. customers.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? We aim to process orders as fast as possible, so you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this window will be denied. If you change your mind after that, you get a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED? All orders are handled and shipped out Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Shipping is free on every U.S. order. Most orders arrive in 5 to 9 business days from the day you place it.

WHAT DOES STAVELLA SELL? Bras, shapewear and a bodysuit. The range covers wireless, underwire, strapless, front-closing and backless styles. Each product page describes how that piece is built.
WHAT MAKES THEM DIFFERENT? Each style is built for one specific problem: staying up without straps, closing at the front, working under a backless dress, or holding without a wire. The product page for each piece says exactly how it does it.
HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK? Sizing varies by style. Some pieces are lettered, from S to 3XL. Others are band and cup, starting at 32B. Every product page has its own size guide, so check the guide on the page for the piece you want, and measure yourself if you are unsure between sizes.
WHAT IS IT MADE OF? It depends on the piece. Where we have the material composition from the manufacturer, it is listed on that product page.
WILL IT SHOW UNDER CLOTHES? Several of our styles are seamless and cut to stay invisible under fitted clothes. Each product page says whether that piece is seamless and what shape the neckline is.
CAN I WEAR IT ALL DAY? Most of our pieces are made for everyday wear rather than a single occasion. Fit and comfort do vary from person to person, so check the size guide on the product page before you order.
HOW DO I CARE FOR IT? Follow the care instructions on the label. We recommend hand washing or a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, and air drying to keep the shape and stretch. Improper washing or drying may damage the bra.
WHAT COLORS DOES IT COME IN? Colors vary by style. Each product page shows the colors that piece comes in.
